Why synchronize libraries?

If you have rapidly evolving organizational repositories at all levels, and a need to quickly and easily manipulate these repositories to incorporate them into the HRIS, then you'll probably need real-time synchronization, which is why the repositories in the Cegid HR suite are accessible via apis.

The core HR of Cegid is our primary system

You may want to use the core Hr libraries in third party tool and benefit of the creation and management of libraries inside core HR. The library model is strong, with "tree-like" structure, translations, short name, long name, and you would barely find yourself in situation where the expectations on the libraries is higher. That means that it is safe for your organization to rely on Cegid's Core HR.

The Core HR is used ad secondary system

There are style two possibilities, you may stil be the primary system on libraries and only received the "links" between employees and library. By example, the core HR is the primary system for job and organizational structures but received the pre hired candidate's data through an external system (see : )

The core HR could also be the secondary system also for libraries : in that situation you would regularly have to update your libraries through apis.
